      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with firm procedures and applicable rules
      - Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients, carriers, and providers as a core part of client communication
      - Review and organize medical records, bills, and treatment updates in case management software
      - Communicate with courts, defense counsel, insurance carriers, and related parties
      - Serve as a primary client contact, providing updates and building trust

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
      - Proven ability to manage high caseloads and meet deadlines
      - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
      - Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills
      - Experience with Smokeball case management software is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant personal injury experience
      - Strong client communication skills
      - Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
