Job Overview:
The Personal Lines Client Service Representative II is responsible for delivering excellent service to agents, policyholders, and partners, handling policy transactions, renewals, inquiries, and requests for information. The role involves using automated systems to respond to policy, billing, and coverage inquiries, with individual underwriting authority as assigned. A valid Property & Casualty license is required, and ongoing education is expected. This position is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and representing the company's commitment to service excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; valid Property & Casualty license in the state of residence with ongoing continuing education; ability to obtain licenses in other states as needed.
Salary Range: $32,739 - $49,766. Actual salary will depend on experience, location, and qualifications. Compensation may include additional incentives or bonuses.
