Send submissions to carriers
Rate and gather quotes for proposals
Negotiates renewal quotes with carriers
Prepare proposals
Follow Marketing procedures as outlined in PL Procedures Manual
Input Personal Account detail into AMS360 as required for renewals
Input bound Premium/Commission for renewals
Request binding for renewals in marketing
Gather information for renewals from Account Managers
Review Dec pages in AMS/review renewal applications in submissions for marketing
Input data into carrier online rating system
Attend carrier meetings/Marketing Team meetings
Activities/Follow Ups for marketing
2-20 License – Willing to Obtain
High school diploma
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Tallahassee, FL!
The Personal Lines Marketing Assistant is r esponsible for the successful placement of personal client insurance programs, both new and renewal, under the direction of the PL Team Leader. Job duties include evaluation of submission for the purpose of suggesting appropriate markets to be approached for quotations, analyzing quotes obtained from various insurance companies and reviewing quote options with Marketing Team/Producers. Creating high quality and accurate proposals for presentations . This individual will help develop and maintain close working relationships with insurance company representatives and brokers as well as agency producers and account managers within the office.
