      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver analysis and recommendations to impact growth and profitability across multiple distribution channels
      - Collaborate with Product Region Lead on business-driving activities and strategies
      - Develop relationships with various departments to advance product initiatives
      - Assist in compliance with state-specific regulatory standards
      - Present recommendations to peers and potentially to Senior Management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field; master's degree a plus
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant Property & Casualty Analytical and/or Product experience
      - Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, proficient in Excel
      - Ability to evaluate data and develop actionable recommendations
      - Bias for action and strong decision-making skills
      - Experience working in a collaborative team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, ThoughtSpot, or TM1
