What is Required (Qualifications):

- 1+ years of customer service experience

- Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and problems effectively
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for troubleshooting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a related field such as digital banking or payments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with credit screening processes
