- Management of B2B customer collections team
- Accounts Payable manager
- Management of Sales and Use Tax, Treasury (including banking transaction management and reporting)
- AMEX corporate credit card and purchasing card manager for PETNET
- >5-years’ experience in accounting/controlling with >1yr managerial experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs including PowerBI and other digital financial tools.
- Extensive Knowledge of Oracle enterprise, and experience with SAP.
- Creativity and strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Collaborative work environment with cross-functional communication to drive improvements in business
- High quality standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills, including summarizing complex analyses for Executives.
- Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.
Position Overview
Employee will be responsible for managing PETNET Accounts Payable, Billing and Order Administration, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Sales and Use Tax, and AMEX manager. Position includes management of direct reports. Position will report directly to the PETNET Head of Finance and is expected to work collaboratively with the entire organization and external customers as necessary.
Responsibility includes monthly close deliverables, process and automation improvements in respective areas as well as management and compliance for the B2B cycle.
Independently performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Proposes solutions to complex or unusual problems to PETNET Head of Finance while expected to apply problem-solving skills in order to deal with most other situations.
