The Crystal Springs Resort is actively recruiting PGM candidates who want a comprehensive internship at the premier golf destination in the Northeast. Selected students will benefit from a diversified educational experience and can enjoy playing and practice privileges at the Resort’s 6 outstanding golf courses . What’s more, all internship students will be afforded LOW COST HOUSING and a discounted Sports Club Membership.Crystal Springs is comprised of 6 incredible golf facilities, the David Lead Better Golf Academy, two luxurious hotels and spas, nine fabulous restaurants, and the world class wine cellar of Restaurant Latour. Our Golf Internship Program has successfully trained over 50 golf interns within the past 20 years, with many advancing on to Head Professional and Director of Golf positions. Students are offered a tremendous array of experiences and responsibilities and are exposed to Daily Fee, Resort and Country Club operations. Selected candidates can expect to manage retail operations, coordinate golf outings, and serve in various operational and supervisory capacities. An aspiring young professional could not find a better place to learn about Golf and Hospitality.
