  Process Technologist

  Pay Rate: $23.00/hour | Mississauga, ON

  Job Description

  As a Process Technologist, you will engage in a variety of tasks including setting up machines, recording data, mixing and dispensing powder, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment. The role demands physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently. You must adhere to safety protocols at all times, including wearing safety glasses and shoes.

  Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machinery effectively.
  • Record data accurately and maintain documentation.
  • Mix and dispense powder as per process requirements.
  • Clean and maintain machines regularly.
  • Work in various departments such as Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, and Coating.
  • Conduct quality inspections of finished products.

  Essential Skills

  • Process Technologist experience in GMP environments.
  • Minimum of 2+ years manufacturing experience in GMP settings.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Capability to lift 40 lbs regularly.
  • Proficiency in documentation, tableting, and granulation processes.

  Work Environment

  Work in a clean, contract pharmaceutical manufacturing environment that strictly adheres to GMP standards.

  Employees wear protective lab suits, gloves, glasses, and hair nets (or beard nets if applicable).

  Follow strict clean room rules, including no makeup, jewelry, or religious items.

  Shift pattern includes day and night continental rotating 12-hour shifts,

  One month on days and one month on nights.

  Overtime is available after 44 hours.

  The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
