      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive achievement of sales goals through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals
      - Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers to meet sales targets
      - Educate HCPs on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications
      - Collaborate with colleagues and corporate teams to address customer needs and provide support
      - Create and implement a territory business plan that drives product demand

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
      - Life Sciences/Medical/Pharmaceutical sales experience
      - Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions in a matrix environment
      - Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and prioritize customer needs
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with all company policies and laws

      - Self-starter with a high level of motivation to exceed sales targets
      - Demonstrated history of sustained high performance in sales
      - Strong communication skills for effectively conveying clinical product information
