- Achieve the sales goal set for the attributed customer portfolio in terms of sales growth and market share;
- Develop and implement the visibility of the brands in the point of sales;
- Continually meet with attributed customers to maintain current understanding of their needs and expectations whilst promoting the designated products, make selling propositions by helping them understand their superior qualities relative to the competition.
- Work with customers to identify partnership opportunities in the form of visibility, scientific meetings, training sessions, etc. Develop and implement initiatives by coordinating with colleagues (National sales manager pharmacy, GP Sales Representatives)
- Fulfill customer requests for information and/or expertise by coordinating with the appropriate resources within the team (E.g. getting literature, supporting study efforts, product knowledge, etc.)
- Serve as primary contact for customer to service their needs after initial relationship has been established
- Basic IT knowledge (Word, Ppt, Excel)
- Fluent in French, Dutch, English
- Team player and high customer focus
- Result oriented
