What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and support integrated solutions for application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS)
- Participate in business or clinical applications implementation projects related to electronic health records (EHR) integration
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to support digital projects across Sutter Health and its entities
- Collaborate to provide support and training for digital applications and participate in planning and prioritization
- Analyze information and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement within Pharmacy and technical workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate from an accredited Pharmacy program
- PGY 1 Pharmacy practice residency or 6 years of equivalent practice experience in lieu of residency
- PHARMD-Licensed Pharmacist
- Minimum of 6 years of recent relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and healthcare operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of AI concepts and their application within Pharmacy
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and supporting business requirements
- Experience with analytical tools and dashboards for evaluating Pharmacy workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships across various levels of the organization
