Description
Oversee the preparation, verification, and dispensing of medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate prescription fulfillment.
Provide clinical guidance and medication counseling to patients, supporting optimal therapeutic outcomes.
Maintain meticulous records and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
Support operational excellence by contributing to inventory management, workflow optimization, and quality assurance initiatives.
Stay current with emerging pharmaceutical practices, technologies, and regulatory updates.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio.
1+ year of experience in a retail, clinical, or high-volume pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, medication safety, and patient care protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and digital tools.
Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes through innovation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $61.00 - $64.00/hr.
