- Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred
- Residency preferred

- Minimum Experience
- Hospital experience preferred

- Current Kansas pharmacist license or eligible for Kansas license
