5+ years working experience as a licensed Pharmacist
1+ years CVS Specialty or Coram pharmacy experience
Demonstrate understanding of compliance with all pharmacy regulations and corporate policies and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think critically and exercise sound decision making skills
Current or previous experience with Coram
Current or previous experience with EPIC Operating system

CVS Specialty Pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Practice Team!
Role Responsibilities:
[80%] As a Pharmacist for the Specialty Pharmacy Practice Team, you will have the opportunity to support the Coram pharmacies in all aspects of the practice of pharmacy. This role is focused on adherence with state/federal pharmacy practice laws and regulations, internal regulatory compliance, healthcare organization accreditation standards enforcement and pharmacy practice excellence. Specialty Pharmacy Practice is responsible for the execution and management of programs designed to monitor, review and address adherence to applicable laws and professional standards set by regulatory bodies for all Coram pharmacies. You will provide direction and guidance to the Coram pharmacies. Ability to travel up to 20%.
[20%] Oversees accreditations for Coram. Develops and delivers on project plans to ensure colleagues and sites are positioned for successful accreditation reviews. Serves as the liaison to URAC, TJC, and other external entities. Ensures execution of ongoing accreditation compliance efforts; partners with process owners to resolve compliance gaps. Collaborate effectively with all impacted parties to ensure full compliance with delegated functions critical to client satisfaction and retention. Provides internal clinical consultative accreditation support through comprehensive research and accurate interpretation of accreditation standards for potential business implications. Participates in quality-related processes to improve patient safety and satisfy accreditation requirements.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$50.48 - $93.08This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
