What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the operations of the Pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers
- Dispense medication and assist in the maintenance of the dispensary
- Conduct virtual medication reviews in line with the MedsCheck program
- Practice within federal/provincial regulatory/legal requirements
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Independent thinking and decision making skills
- Proven ability to drive and build the business
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Pharmacy systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting
- Knowledge of Pharmacy systems
