      We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Hollesley Bay. HMP Hollesley Bay is a category D Prison located in Woodbrige, Norfolk. Housing around 460 patients who are working towards release. Within this role you will be working with an established Pharmacy team dispensing medication, as well as delivering medication reviews and clinical screening across both HMP Hollesley Bay and HMP Warren Hill.

      Hours

      Monday to Friday

      8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

      Salary

      This position is full time working 37.5 hours across 5 days, youll receive an annual salary up to £55,941 per annum - depending on experience.

      Main duties of the job

      As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will:

      • Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service
      • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring a safe and modern medicines management services
      • Lead a team of Pharmacy technicians

      Qualifications & Experience

      • Registered Pharmacist - holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
      • Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
      • Relevant post qualification

      Although not essential, this would ideally suit an applicant with at least 1 years experience in a hospital setting.
