What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead daily tasks associated with the company’s copay assistance programs
- Monitor associate calls and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality
- Review associate case records to ensure program metrics are met
- Prepare call center reports and track service trends for continuous improvement
- Participate in creating and maintaining program standard operating procedures (SOPs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialty mail order pharmacy
- Experience in a patient support or pharmacy-related setting
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of internal CRM and workflows
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality assurance within a healthcare or pharmacy environment
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing of program platforms
- Knowledge of call center operations and metrics
