      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and clerical support to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Billing and other pharmacy departments as needed
      - Manage incoming mail, prepare daily deposits, and handle monthly invoice mailings
      - Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
      - Greet guests and manage telephone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
      - Maintain and order office supplies while ensuring confidentiality during mail review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or Associate's Degree
      - Minimum of three years of administrative experience
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
      - Professional verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Pharmacy or Long-Term Care pharmacy operations
