      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the evaluation, planning, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of system upgrades and new system implementations
      - Demonstrate accountability in delivering projects within timelines
      - Develop and maintain supporting documentation for project design and implementation
      - Actively participate in team, project, and status meetings
      - Learn, develop, and maintain expert knowledge in assigned application or technical areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relative experience in an applied area
      - Appropriate Epic application certification or willingness to obtain within 5 months from date of hire
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong computer skills, including Windows and word processing experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of experience working with Epic or other comparable healthcare informatics computer systems
      - Familiarity with personal computers, hardware requirements, and various applications
