- Communicate with hospice partners via various channels
- Assist in verifying pharmacy claims for appropriate processing
- Complete Prior Authorization process with hospice partners
- Assist in training new team members as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Prior experience in insurance benefits preferred
- Experience with various web browsers and software required
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare-related service
- Experience with telecommunications preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
