      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Conduct in-bound and out-bound calls for program requirements, including member outreach calls and prescription refill calls
      - Provide complete and accurate information to customers, exhibiting excellent phone and communication skills
      - Respond to escalated inquiries from various communication venues
      - Review prescription claims documentation and maintain eligibility information
      - Provide support to internal staff and providers with respect to Medicare drug related issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified/Registered Pharmacy Technician
      - 2+ years in a pharmacy/medical/healthcare setting
      - 1+ years of administrative support experience
      - 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Certified Medical Assistant training or certification
      - 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
      - Experience with Medication Adherence measures
      - Salesforce documentation experience
      - Bilingual language proficiency (English/Spanish)
