What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with daily operations and auditing of the 340B program
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain data integrity of the 340B program
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Compliance team to monitor completion of monthly audits
- Develop short- and long-term goals to contribute to the overall objectives of the 340B program
- Execute internal audits of 340B processes and ensure remediation of findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare-related area
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate required within 1 year of hire
- Strong knowledge of healthcare environment and 340B Drug Discount Program
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Electronic Health/Medical Record (EMR/EHR systems)
- Prior experience with split billing/340B compliance software and tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel for job-related activities as necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
