      Job summary

      Little Waltham and Great Notley Surgery has an opportunity for a counter assistant to join our busy pharmacy team working at the heart of our patient care service. This is a part time role for 10.75 hours per week: Wednesday 7.45am -2pm and Saturdays 7.45am-12.15pm.

      Main duties of the job

      • greeting customers and patients coming into the pharmacy.
      • taking in and handing out prescriptions.
      • maintaining the shop floor.
      • selling over the counter products and cashing up.

      You will need to be flexible to cover for holidays and staff absence.

      About us

      We are a 2-site, friendly training practice with over 20,000 patients. You will be supported by our team of 10 doctors, 3 nurse practitioners, paramedic, nurses, healthcare assistants, receptionist and admin team.
