What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and healthcare providers, identifying their needs
- Document information in computer systems and assist customers in navigating company websites
- Research and resolve complex customer issues across multiple databases
- Educate customers on prescription benefits, plan usage, and claims
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers to assist with medication delivery and authorizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in using computer applications and multitasking on multiple screens
- Completion of Customer Service training classes and assessments
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts and training sessions

- Conflict management skills to resolve issues in stressful situations
- Ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, and respond to customers compassionately
