      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee PBM contracts, performance guarantees, and financial guarantees
      - Conduct finance data management and support pharmacy financial closing with production reporting
      - Monitor pharmacy-related rebates, DIR, and discounts
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for MPF pricing accuracy and related data analytics
      - Analyze large data sets exchanged between the employer and the PBM

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field
      - 5+ years of experience in financial analytics
      - 3+ years of healthcare experience
      - Strong proficiency in financial data analytics
      - Excellent written and communication skills, along with strong organizational capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct pharmacy data analytic experience
      - Experience with Medicare Star Ratings
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016, including Excel, Access, SQL, and PowerPoint
      - Experience using Tableau for data visualization
      - Ability to develop strong working relationships within the organization and with the PBM
