Job Description

- Maintain excellent relationship with patients.
- Address all issues relating to the pharmacy, including systems management, facility issues, and staffing (including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all practices consistent with provincial and federal privacy legislation.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to accurately dispense prescription medications.
- Maintain inventory control with spot checks and conduct monthly inventory count.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy, required.
- Licensed with relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists.
- At least five (5) years of Pharmacy experience, required.
- At least three (3) years of Pharmacy supervision experience, an asset.

Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (PCRM) is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Manager for our Edmonton office. This role will be scheduled Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
The Pharmacy Manager oversees operations of the Pharmacy including workflow, patient care, and scheduling. They comply with all Provincial College Pharmacy standards and regulations and adhere to PCRM policy and procedure. The Pharmacy Manager will work closely with PCRM's management team to deliver a comprehensive service model for patients.
