What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operations of Government programs while providing superior customer service to members and providers
- Resolve customer issues on the initial call or provide timely follow-up for additional research
- Maintain customer history in member tracking using correct codes and detailed comments
- Assist Medicare and Medicaid members with grievances, coverage determinations, and the appeals process
- Investigate and resolve Government pharmacy claim issues, including reimbursement and benefit explanations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in a pharmacy or government benefits support role
- Proven ability to meet performance standards for a Pharmacy Government Specialist II
- Strong customer service skills with effective listening and communication abilities
- Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
- Experience mentoring or training on pharmacy or government benefits

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current National Pharmacy Technician certification
