  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as a subject matter expert for store and field team operations regarding state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) backend reporting
  - Ensure compliance with State Controlled Substance Reporting programs and manage PMP error corrections
  - Conduct RxConnect system testing and suggest process enhancements based on industry changes
  - Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive compliance solutions and execute deliverables
  - Participate in additional compliance areas, including state regulation changes and compliance audits
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  - 2+ years’ experience using RxConnect and in Pharmacy Operations
  - 2+ years’ experience analyzing regulatory/compliance matters
  - Proven ability to handle complex, detailed, data-oriented tasks with high accuracy
  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to leadership
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of experience in a retail and/or corporate environment and in Pharmacy Operations
  - Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  - Ability to influence leaders and change thinking
  - Experience building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends
  - Bachelor’s Degree
