- Masters Degree in Business, Health Administration or Health Science and Policy or Bachelor's Degree with focus on business or operations management + 3 years of related management experience required
- Pharmacy Technician Registration preferred
- Three years in a clinic or pharmacy setting, practice management and/or supervisory experience
- Pharmacy experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of practice management in a health system environment
- Knowledge of the pharmacy practice preferred; including experience with scheduling, third party payers, and pharmacy regulations
- Knowledge of computer systems, including general business software such as word processing and spreadsheet analysis

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Operations, this role oversees business operations across all ambulatory pharmacy sites. Responsibilities include staffing coordination, scheduling, hiring, inventory and FTE management, and budget performance improvement. This position directly supervises centralized pharmacy technicians and works closely with site leaders, clinical managers, and central services teams to ensure efficient and consistent operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $31.94/hour - Maximum $57.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
