      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow
      - Engage with customers to resolve complaints and enhance their experience
      - Assist pharmacists with patient care tasks, including prescription data entry and medication preparation
      - Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians
      - Manage pharmacy inventory and compliance with company policies and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico)
      - Minimum of one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
      - Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
      - Willingness to work a flexible schedule

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous people management/leadership experience
      - Experience with the employer and an Exceeding Expectation on the last performance evaluation

  • About the company

      Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
