What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support to colleagues and assist in patient care using specialty knowledge
- Participate in the development of medication use management programs and clinical guidelines
- Design and lead safety and performance improvement initiatives, including educational programs
- Mentor and train pharmacy teammates, residents, and students as assigned
- Execute initiatives that meet the goals of the pharmacy enterprise and perform relevant pharmacy duties as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
- Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
- Completion of pharmacy residency training or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacist experience
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience in training, education, or preceptor roles
- Life support training courses may be beneficial
- Experience with medication management and transitions of care support
