      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide pharmacy services focused on safety and efficacy
      - Conduct patient assessments that comply with accreditation standards
      - Manage disease state agreements and cosign outreach documentation for timely care
      - Monitor and document clinical interventions to ensure patient safety and adherence
      - Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support patient needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree
      - PGY1 Residency Training or 3 years of applicable experience
      - Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible for licensure
      - Strong ability to perform patient assessments and clinical interventions
      - Effective communication skills for interaction with patients and medical staff

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
      - Board certification in the applicable area
      - 5 years of applicable experience in a pharmacy setting
      - Experience in quality improvement projects
      - Familiarity with evidence-based medicine practices
