      Pharmacist Team Leader

      Dunedin

      • 1.0 FTE (40hrs per week) fixed-term opportunity until July 2026

      About the Role

      You will work under the direction of the District Pharmacy Manager by taking delegated leadership to provide operational management and direction to the Pharmacy department staff at Dunedin Hospital.

      You will role model and foster excellence in quality practice standards and professional conduct. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the operational service for the Dunedin hospital pharmacy service.

      About you

      You must be a registered pharmacist with a current annual practising certificate. You must have over 5 years work in a hospital pharmacy setting and have proven clinical leadership skills coupled with day-to-day operational managerial experience. You must have credibility with your peers and a commitment to the pharmacy profession. You must have the ability to work as a role model to the professionals within the pharmacy service and wider hospital.
