      Job Description

      This role is a position within the specialty pharmacy for Saint Luke’s. The

      pharmacy is URAC accredited and a great opportunity for retail technicians looking for new experiences.

      Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist performs all accountabilities

      associated with compounding, preparing, distributing and charging of medications. Assist in the filling and delivery of medication orders, and assist with various duties as assigned.

      • Deliver medications

      • Pick, fill and deliver medication to appropriate locations
      • Assist with maintaining stock supplies in pharmacy department as needed
      • Answer the phone and assist with questions and requests
      • Attend all department and technician meetings

      Pharmacy Technicians for Saint Luke’s Advanced Care Pharmacy may drive and deliver medications.

      Job Requirements

      Applicable Experience:

      Less than 1 year

      Certified Pharmacy Technician - Various, Driver's License - Various, Pharmacy Technician (MO) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
