What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify pharmacy audit risks using analytical skills and audit tools
- Develop and execute audit plans and procedures to address identified risks
- Conduct investigational audits and present findings to the Sr Audit Manager
- Collaborate with Pharma Account Manager to ensure thorough research for external audits
- Prepare formal reports on audit findings and recommendations for remediation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in PBM, healthcare, financial analysis, accounting, or auditing preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications, including Microsoft Excel and Access
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Previous experience working with cross-functional departments to resolve issues
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and a dynamic workload
- Demonstrated judgment in analysis of findings and recommendations
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
