      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Translate prescriptions filled out by the prescriber and enter information in the patient’s profile
      - Quality assurance, prescriber and patient outreach, and adverse event reporting
      - Research current and past prescription orders
      - Process overrides and work exceptions on prescription orders
      - Assist with training of co-workers and participate in continuous improvement efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 2-3 years of relevant experience
      - Valid Pharmacy Technician (Training) license in Arizona or Missouri
      - Basic math skills and general PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
      - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a call center
      - Certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
