      The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks.

      The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

      Responsibilities

      • Filling and dispensing 200-400 prescriptions daily
      • Handling any shipments of drugs or materials that may come in on the weekend from UPS/FEDEX/Cardinal/Amerisource
      • Assisting with Phone coverage for Pharmacist
      • Inputting prescription information into Excel

      Shift: This is a part time position that will work 4 days a week:

      Saturday & Sunday 11:30AM-8:00PM

      Any 2 weekdays 11:30AM-8:00PM

      Required Qualifications

      • At least 6 months experience of technical experience in a retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy.
      • Must have experience in data entry with Excel
      • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

      Preferred Qualifications

      • National Certification, PTCB CphT

      Pay Range

      The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


      $46,800 - $59,300 per year
