What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform initial review of non-formulary or prior authorization requests
- Enter approvals or denials of requests into the system
- Assist in the development and administration of programs to enhance drug utilization and cost-saving practices
- Report operational issues and resource needs to management
- Resolve member prescription claim, prior authorization, or pharmacy services access issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
