What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take verbal prescriptions from physicians and accurately enter medications into systems
- Assist in answering physician and patient questions
- Clarify doses, quantities, directions, medications, etc. to prevent delays in medication delivery
- Complete 6 weeks of training to acquire knowledge of systems and build relationships with peers and pharmacists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- National Certified Pharmacy Technician License
- Valid TN state technician license and registration as required by state law
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Reliable Internet Service (Minimum 10 Mbps)
- Basic math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet, and email is required
- Dedicated and quiet workspace in the home
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
