      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the team of pharmacy technicians, evaluating performance and overseeing employee relations issues.
      - Oversee the hiring and training of new hires to ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards.
      - Collaborate with upper leadership to develop strategic business goals and report progress periodically.
      - Implement programs and process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
      - Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues requiring expert resolution.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required.
      - Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as required by state laws.
      - Minimum of 6 months of management experience preferred.
      - Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations and PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel.
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
      - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to develop, train, and coach team members effectively.
      - Advanced problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to resolving complex issues.
