- As a Media and Marketing Data Scientist, you will apply predictive power of algorithms to maximize returns and optimize P&G media spend.
- As a Digital Commerce Data Scientist, you will take methodology of modeling to the e-retail environment, harvesting power of the big data to grow our digital sales through partnering with leading global retailers.
- As a Supply Chain Data Scientist, you will use optimization and simulation techniques to refine and streamline our manufacturing and supply chain.
- As a Model Risk Officer, you will partner with other Data Scientists to help improve and validate their models to ensure they are future proofed.
- Lead Technical innovation. Constructively Disrupt current Data Science practices and design new and better models that deliver better business insights, new go-to-market models.
- Proactively identify and bring in new technology to the P&G Data Science Team.
- As a technical coach, develop others. Lead or actively participate and contribute to a community of practice group. Become a known expert on one or multiple Machine Learning techniques.
- Apply thorough technical knowledge of feature engineering of massive datasets, exploratory data analysis, and model building to deliver accurate and impactful business insights.
- Directly contribute to the design and development of scaled machine learning algorithms.
- Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
- Quantify improvement in business areas resulting from use of the algorithms and modeling.
- Work with the Data and Software engineering teams to productionize algorithms.
- Pursuing or has graduated with a PhD in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.) or have equivalent work experience.
- Proven leadership in applying and scaling Analytic and Machine Learnings techniques to deliver meaningful insights from data (in academia or in industry).
- Knowledge and application of scientific computing methods i.e., Python, R, Scala
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to act.
- Experience in applying analytic mythologies such as Machine Learning, Optimization, and Simulation to a real-world problem.
- Be a continuous learner. Keep up to date with the latest technology trends. Be willing to both teach others and learn new techniques.
- Experience with large data sets and cloud computing: GCP, Azure.
- Experience with Dev Ops environment: Git, CICD, etc.

Pay Range: $100-$143K
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
