What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and report on metrics using Blackbaud CRM and third-party applications
- Collaborate with team members to optimize CRM reports for evaluating office, campaign, and fundraiser performance
- Analyze fundraising program performance and return on investment
- Act as a liaison between PRM team, CRM team, and field fundraisers
- Provide training and support to end users regarding CRM capabilities and functions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and synthesis
- Experience with CRM systems, Power BI, and relational database architectures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Experience in prospect research, prospect management, or data analysis in a nonprofit setting
- Bachelor's degree or relevant education and experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using specialized data sources such as iWave, DonorSearch, and LexisNexis relevant to fundraising
