- Previous one year experience as a Healthcare Assistant in General Practice is essential.
- Qualified in Phlebotomy.
- Qualified to do ECG.
- Qualified to do injections like B12.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Requirements:
- Previous one year experience as a Healthcare Assistant in General Practice is essential.
- Qualified in Phlebotomy.

Job summary
St Andrews House Medical Centre in Stalybridge is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team for a period of two months .

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare professionals in the surgery with patient care.
Perform basic medical procedures such as phlebotomy, taking blood pressure.
Provide support to the Staff Nurse in all possible ways.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist with the general day-to-day operations of the surgery.
About us
The GP Practice is located in Stalybridge City Centre close to the bus and train station. We are housed in a large Victorian building with plenty of accommodation. We are part of Stalybridge, Mossley and Dukinfield Primary Care Network and the Network hub is situated on the first floor of the surgery building.
