- Ability to process specimens and provide patient care.
- Prior phlebotomy experience is required.
- GED or High School Diploma is mandatory.

Job Description
We are seeking skilled phlebotomists who will be responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing in a doctor's office setting. This role involves the collection and receipt of biological specimens, proper entry into the computer system, preparation of samples for analytical testing, and distribution to the appropriate analytical area.

Work Environment
The position is based in an Integrated Outpatient Program (IOP) within a doctor's office, working closely with Medical Assistants and physicians. The role requires adherence to a professional dress code and hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 1pm. This is a temporary role covering medical leave for 4-6 weeks with potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance. Growth opportunities are available, with potential for advancement to Phleb Tech 2 and a salary increase after six months.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
