      NOW HIRING: Phlebotomist

      ***$32/PER HOUR***

      Job Description:

      We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blood collection and patient care, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

      Phlebotomist Key Responsibilities:

      • Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures to obtain blood samples from patients.
      • Properly label and handle specimens for laboratory testing.
      • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of information.
      • Prepare and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
      • Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and safety during procedures.
      • Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
      • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
      • Assist with other laboratory duties as needed.

      Phlebotomist Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Phlebotomy certification from a recognized program.
      • Experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a hospital setting.
      • Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling.
      • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
