      Work Type: Onsite
      Location: Bakersfield, CA
      Shift/Time Zone: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

      About the Role:
      As a Patient Services Representative I, you will be the friendly face of our company for patients seeking routine health checks or life-altering health insights. Your key responsibilities include:
      • Phlebotomy: Skillfully drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
      • Patient Interaction: Building trust and confidence by explaining procedures and creating a positive experience.
      • Process Excellence: Adhering to established practices and procedures, demonstrating leadership, and maintaining confidentiality.

      What You'll Need:
      • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience, with 1+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
      • Certifications: Phlebotomy certification preferred (especially in California, Nevada, and Washington).
      • Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
