- Performing venipuncture and skin puncture techniques safely and efficiently
- Ensuring every sample is collected, labeled, and delivered accurately
- Supporting patients through the process-especially those who are anxious or afraid
- Maintaining a clean, stocked, and safe work environment
- Assisting with clerical tasks and overall lab support
- High School Diploma or GED
- Compassionate, patient-first mindset
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and a calm, confident bedside manner
- 1+ year experience in phlebotomy or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of therapeutic blood draws, drug screening, and chain of custody
- Team spirit with a flexible, can-do attitude
