- Perform venepuncture on patients of all ages, ensuring safe and efficient blood collection.

- Experience of working in a GP practice. Experience in EMIS Web and Docman.
- Qualified in Phlebotomy. GCSE grade A to C/9 to 4 in Maths and English.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a phlebotomy role within a GP practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Good team player. Ability to manage own workload while ensuring high levels of patient care.

Job summary
Whitstable Medical Practice is looking for a skilled and professional Phlebotomist to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment, assisting in the collection and processing of blood samples while ensuring the highest standards of care and accuracy.
This opportunity is for 12.5 hours per week with the work pattern to be confirmed.

We are looking for a compassionate, caring individual who is confident in performing venepuncture and can support both clinical staff and patients effectively.
