      Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at Al Fal Medical Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for diagnostic purposes, ensuring all samples are properly labeled and sent to the laboratory for testing.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to draw blood
      • Label and handle blood specimens correctly
      • Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures
      • Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
      • Process samples and ensure timely delivery to the lab
      • Maintain accurate patient records
      • Delivering collected specimens promptly to the designated hospital or laboratory.

      Qualifications and Skills:

      • Certification in Phlebotomy
      • Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
      • Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
      • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills

      Main duties of the job

      The successful candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws, monitoring blood pressure, and ensuring the safe transportation of blood samples to the hospital. The role requires attention to detail, maintaining patient confidentiality, and contributing to Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) related tasks.
