- Pay Rate: $18.00 – $25.00/hour
- Shift/Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Perform daily specimen collection and processing activities accurately and on time under the supervision of the area supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
- Confidently perform both forensic and clinical specimen collections per established procedures.
- Verify patient demographics, obtain signatures after collection, and ensure correct labeling in the patient’s presence.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
- Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public.
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
- Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment.
- Customer service experience in retail or service environments.
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills for pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training.
- Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA; preferred otherwise).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
- Superior customer focus and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume settings.
